I've tried many kinds of donuts before, but there is none compared to a freshly made Krispy Kreme donut. Who would ever guess that they were first introduced in July of 1937 in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Their popularity for years has been not only for their taste and variety but also for their store experience. Their visionary concept of the "Doughnut Theater," which transformed the act of purchasing doughnuts into a captivating spectacle. Their philosophy has been to make the most awesome Donuts on the planet every single day. Its slogan, "Be Happy, Be Hungry," reflects the company's commitment to provide delightful treats that evoke happiness and satisfy cravings. They introduced the Original Glazed Doughnut and the ionic neon sign that proclaimed "Hot Doughnuts Now." This store is a perfect example of the Krispy Kreme brand. When I arrive at this store and look through their window, I'm captivated by watching the donuts being made. Yet as I enter the place, its cleanliness is impeccable, and the Donuts are neatly arranged inside their display cases. The employees always greet me with a smile and a desire to be helpful and caring in serving my order. Today, I went in to pick up a free box of 3 donuts offered through their app for being my birthday, and no matter how many donuts I am purchasing, they always treat me with the same care. The lady who served me got the box and carefully selected the 3 Donuts and placed them in the box. I scanned my app with the offer and was ready to go. As I was leaving, I couldn't help but look at all the amazing variety of donuts being exhibited inside the glass display, and look forward to my next visit. I highly recommend this place to all of you who, like me, enjoy the taste of an amazing donut served by wonderful employees with excellent customer service.
I had a bad experience but it was saved by a cari g supervisor on Sat, 12/23. I had ordered the "elf" box and had a card from a school fund raiser for a free dozen with any purchase. I couldn't figure out how to add the coupon online. Go to the store drive thru to pick up my order asking if I could also use the card for my free doz. The young man at the register said no way to do that with the "elf" box. I showed him where it said, "free dozen glazed with any dozen purchased". He said that it didn't work. I asked for the supervisor and the line behind me was getting longer. The supervisor came and at first said that they couldn't add the free one on to the order after more discussion she agreed to try to enter a new online order for the Elf doz and free doz. She then says it worked and asked for $20.50. I told her I had pAid online. She said I could cancel the online order. She agreed to cancel the order and refund my money for the original online order. I pulled around to the side and true to her word she brought proof she had cancelled and refunded my original amt charged. With her quick thinking she had my order for my family Christmas celebration back on track. Thank her for her assistance to recover the bad situation. bac
The doughnuts are always good. I have never had a stale or dry one on the day of purchase. They actually stay in good shape for about 3 days. Krispy Kreme is my favorite doughnut and is my first recommendation to anyone.

The staff are polite, the display is well organized, the selection is usually good, and the prices are great for being pretty high quality! I'll definitely say this is a reliably good place to go for your fix.
I stop here several times a week for get doughnuts for my office. This location is always super clean and the staff is really friendly. The parking lot is small and can be hard to get into at certain hours because of traffic. There is always a counter full of different flavors and of course the solid plain! The prices are very reasonable and the coffee is really great also. This is my favorite stop in the mornings!

The red hot sign was on and I was in neeeeed of coffee. So what does a gal do?! Stop! I was in the drive thru for less than 5 minutes. The girl at the window was pleasant and quick. Right at 8am too! Great quick place.
